Application process:
Candidates may apply based on one of the proposed project outlines or develop an independent research idea aligned with my group’s expertise and that of another Alliance PI. For each project, we can endorse only one candidate to proceed to the formal Alliance application. Endorsed candidates will, with our support, prepare and submit a full research proposal (~2.5 pages) including project rationale, aims, work plan, interinstitutional contributions, and expected impact. Interested candidates should contact me by February 27 with a CV, a brief motivation, and a short statement explaining their fit for the chosen project. The final submission deadline is March 31, with interviews taking place in June. Start between August 1, 2026 (earliest) and January 1, 2027 (latest).
