The Structural Motility team at the Institut Curie is looking for a highly motivated and talented postdoctoral fellow to join their dynamic research group. Our laboratory combines structural biology (X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM), chemical biology, molecular dynamics, and cell biology to unravel the molecular mechanisms of motor proteins and their regulation in cells.
Their research addresses fundamental questions about force production at the molecular level, the diverse cellular roles of motors, and their regulatory mechanisms. They also explore how these insights can be leveraged to design innovative chemical biology tools and therapeutic strategies for human diseases.
They are looking for a candidate who is:
• Dynamic, creative, and eager to develop independence by leading an exciting project within our team.
• Experienced in structural biology (focus on cryo-EM) and/or molecular dynamics simulations.
• Able to demonstrate a strong track record of scientific achievement.
